Yozgat Bozok University is a Turkish state university that was established on March 1, 2006 in Yozgat, Turkey. It was established after separating the facilities and amenities of Erciyes University in Yozgat. The main campus of Yozgat Bozok University is located 7 kilometers from Ataturk Avenue. The university campus includes buildings containing 7 faculties, one institute, one laboratory, a guest house, two gymnasiums, and a student dormitory that can accommodate 1000 students. The university's vision revolves around finding methods and quality of education that are in line with the development and growth witnessed by Turkey, which places it among the elite of developed countries. It also aims to provide the highest levels of student service and to be a distinguished scientific addition to the city of Yozgat. It currently has approximately 11,000 students, and the university is headed by Professor Dr. Salih Karaca Bey.
