Yalova University is a Turkish public university located in the city of Yalova. The university was founded on May 31, 2008. The Yalova Vocational Training Institute, which was affiliated with Uludag University, was the cornerstone of the university's establishment. After the university area was declared an independent province, the need for a university in the region became apparent. In January 1996, the Yalova Foundation for Higher Education was established. Despite its recent establishment, the university is considered one of the most important universities in Turkey due to its reliance on modern educational methods.

The university has a school library rich with knowledge and literary books, many important magazines, and many laboratories and playgrounds. The language of instruction at the university is Turkish and English.
