Düzce University is a Turkish public university located in the city of Düzce, Turkey. The university was founded in 1976 as an affiliate of Istanbul Technical University. When Düzce University was established, it began with the Institute of Tourism Facilities Management. In 2006, it became an independent university from Istanbul Technical University.

Düzce University comprises 11 faculties, 3 institutes, 9 vocational schools, 4 high schools and 13 postgraduate research centers.

The Rector of Duzce University is Dr. Professor Nigar Demircan Çakar.
